Refers to Vedic Art courses at The Cool Projects Studio in the island of Aegina, Greece.
By booking your Vedic Art course with us you agree to the Vedic Art method's general terms and conditions and our current terms and conditions for course booking.

You commit to respect our rules for comfort and safety during the attended courses.
The terms and conditions apply to the Vedic Art Greece courses.
The terms and conditions were updated in November 2023.
PAYMENT TERMS
Courses are charged in two installments. One installment is paid at the time of the booking of the course (advance payment) and a second and last installment will be paid following an invoice to be sent to you before the final confirmation date, which is always 2 months before your course.
You book your course and pay an advance payment on our website www.vedicartgreece.com. Advance payment can be made through debit card, credit card orPaypal.
The course is then executed on the dates given in the course information.

BOOKING – CANCELING - REBOOKING
THE BOOKING IS PERSONAL
It is not possible to give your booking to a third party. The person who books the course and agrees to our terms and conditions is responsible for both the booking and the payment.
All the participants are recommended to be in charge of their own bookings. If you book a course for another person, you will be responsible for both the booking and the payment. You need to be at least 18 years old to be eligible to book a course.

REBOOKING DEADLINE
To be able to change your booking to another course or request a credit voucher for the course fee, you will need to change your booking at least 30 days before the start of the course. In case of illness or accident, the same terms apply up until 15 days before the course starts.

FULL REFUND
We will give you a full refund of the course fee if you cancel your booking up until the 2 months before the start of your course. Rebooking or requesting a credit voucher for the course fee is possible up until 15 days before the start of the course. We do not refund the course fee if you cancel within 2 months of the start of your course. Your booking is binding from 2 months before the start of your course, which is the deadline for full payment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WEEKEND
Rebooking, or receiving a credit voucher for weekend courses fee is possible up until 3 days before the start of the course. The course fee is not refundable, the booking is binding.

REBOOKING
Rebooking is done by booking and paying for the course you want to change to through the Vedic Art Greece website: www.vedicartgreece.com. As a next step you contact Vedic Art Greece on info@vedicartgreece.com and we will then cancel and refund the course you wish to rebook. This is possible up until 10 days before the start of the course, 3 days for weekend courses.

CORRECT PRIOR KNOWLEDGE
If a participant is not authorized to participate in a course they booked and paid for, Vedic Art Greece has the right to cancel their booking and refund the course fee. Participants are always obliged to find out what prior knowledge is required to participate in a course before booking.

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT
If a course is cancelled Vedic Art Greece will refund you the course fee. Vedic Art Greece does not take any responsibility for the costs of participant’s travel, accommodation or other personal costs related to a cancelled course.
Force majeure: In the instance of war, fire, riot, nature disasters, pandemic restrictions, or other compulsory interventions from the government which prevents the courses from taking place, Vedic Art Greece has the right to delay refunds of the course fee, or offer credit vouchers instead, which can then be used when the courses are able to take place again.
